Drawn in 2004. All words from the poetry of the Baroness Elsa von Freytag-Loringhoven. Although part of the Rain Taxi "New Life" series, this comic was specifically drawn in an adult education class at SVA taught by Matt Madden. The assignment was to create a "dada" comic. Obviously, this is not a dada comic; it is, rather, a comic about a dada poet.
Cheating? Or creative license? You decide!
Pen and ink on 11" x 14" Bristol Board. You can see many areas that have been whited out, though other corrections prior to publication were made in Photoshop.
